Ginger Neff, LPC, is a Licensed Professional Counselor working in a private practice setting in Harrisonburg, VA since 2013.  Ginger earned her Master of Science in School Counseling and a Post-Masters Certificate in Clinical Community Counseling from The Johns Hopkins University in 2003 and 2005, respectively.  She has been trained in EMDR for the past six years and is EMDR Certified.  Prior to working in private practice, Ms. Neff worked as an Academic Program Coordinator for The Johns Hopkins University Department of Counseling and Human Services.  She also has worked as a Professional School Counselor, PK-12, in both rural and urban settings.  Currently Ginger serves as a volunteer with the Virginia State Police, VALEAP, and #SaveTheNext.  When not working, Ginger enjoys connecting with friends, gardening, and repurposing furniture.

Fitzwilliam Thornley "Thor" is a beautiful three-year-old black lab who will warm your heart and your lap while you meet with Ginger during certain time slots. He enjoys spending time with his canine friends at his Doggie Daycare and his little human friends on his block at home.  He excels at playing ball, digging in the dirt, and getting scratches. Where he really shines is in his role of comforting the humans his mom works with. He works with all ages and populations and prefers payment in cuddles, treats, or scratches. 




 Stephanie Albanese, LCSW

Stephanie Albanese is a warm and empathetic therapist who brings a humanistic, trauma-informed approach to her practice. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who received her master's degree at the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Social Work and undergraduate degree at Keuka College. She is ASL proficient, and has extensive professional experience working with children, adolescents, families, and young adults. Stephanie's approach is built with compassion and understanding while building therapeutic relationships with her clients specializing in trauma, ADHD, anxiety, depression, eating disorders and other mental health challenges. She puts a focus on play therapy, EMDR, IFS, DBT, and CBT.  Her goal is to provide a safe space for healing and growth to occur. 





Audra Sandridge, Reiki Master Teacher & Community Herbalist

Audra Sandridge is a Certified Reiki Master-Teacher of the Usui System of Natural Healing with twenty years of experience and a passion for working with clients who are in trauma recovery or crisis situations to include at risk youth, first responders and survivors of abuse.  Audra studied with and received her certification and lineage from Helene Ramos, who in turn studied with Carol Sabick Quinn and went on to become an expert in the subconscious mind and human energy field. Reiki is a Japanese healing system that works on a cellular level to promote wellness to traumas stored in the body on all levels, physically, emotionally and mentally.  Audra has a background in holistic living and utilizes herbs to aid the body in finding balance and removing harmful toxins from the bloodstream.   She has a deep understanding of the link between trauma and connectivity as well as the impacts on relationships within the community.  Audra's values are based in integrity. She enjoys beautiful things and beautiful connections with art, poetry, nature and people.
